Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply. User means any individual accessing or using the services provided by the casino. Services means all facilities, amenities, games, entertainment, and other activities offered to its Users.

License to Use Services

The casino grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the Services subject to these Terms and Conditions. User agrees that their use of the Services shall be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Age Restrictions

User must be at least 19 years old (the legal age in Saskatchewan) to access or use the Services. By using the Services, User confirms they are above the minimum legal age for gambling in their jurisdiction.

User Responsibility

User is responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient knowledge and experience to participate in games offered. User acknowledges that participation in certain activities may involve risks including but not limited to financial loss or damage to property.

Limitation of Liability

The casino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages or other losses arising from User access or use of the Services, except where such liability is mandated by law.

No Guarantees

The casino does not guarantee that all games offered will be available at all times, as scheduled maintenance and technical issues may require occasional downtime.

Cancellation or Change of Services

The casino reserves the right to cancel or modify any part of its Services without prior notice. User shall not hold the casino responsible for such actions unless they constitute a fundamental breach of contract under applicable law.

Termination

User license to use the Services may be terminated immediately if they fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, commit a serious breach, or engage in prohibited activities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Saskatchewan and Canada. Any disputes arising from them will be resolved through arbitration according to relevant regulations.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The casino may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, provided such changes are made in accordance with applicable law. By continuing to use the Services after a change is posted, User confirms acceptance of those modifications.

Acceptance of Terms

User access or continued usage of the casino constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as currently published.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between User and the casino regarding use of its Services, superseding all prior understandings, agreements, or communications.

By accessing and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
